REQUEST FOR RECONSIDERATION OF LIBRARY MATERIALS
GHCLA welcomes opinions from the public about materials selected or not selected for the collection. Patrons with concerns about materials in Garden Home and West Slope Community Libraries’ collections are encouraged to speak with Library Staff. If necessary, a formal process may be initiated using the form below. Requests to remove or reassign materials will be considered by the Library Director in consultation with library staff and board members, and within the context of our Collection Development Policy.
