September is Library Card Sign-up Month Win a Mini Tote! You know having a library card is awesome, and we want your friends to know, too. In honor of Library Card Sign-up Month, our partners at Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) are hosting a giveaway for a chance to win a special edition mini tote! All you have to do is refer a friend to get a general library card. Once your friend signs up for a new card at the library, we’ll take care of the rest. The more friends you refer, the more chances you have to win. Additionally, two lucky winners will get a behind-the-scenes tour of the WCCLS warehouse!
